The Brand & Content Executive creates engaging social content, supports marketing campaigns, manages podcast edits, and designs digital and in‑store visuals to strengthen Gem Femme Jewelry's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms
- Manage and support the growth of Gem Femme's TikTok account
- Research social media trends and propose creative concepts aligned with the brand identity
- Film and edit short-form videos including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages where required
2) Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
- Propose campaign concepts for product launches, capsule collections, and pop-up activations
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and views, and recommend improvements
- Assist with campaign calendars and promotional rollouts
3) Podcast & Media
- Edit podcast episodes (audio and short-form video clips)
- Create highlight snippets for social media distribution
- Upload, schedule, and manage podcast content across relevant platforms
4) Design & Visual Artwork
- Design website banners and digital visual assets for the e-commerce site
- Create artwork for pop-up signage, in-store visuals, and promotional materials
- Support visual direction for seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives

- Strong passion for branding and storytelling
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, e-commerceplatforms, Canva, and CapCut
- Good aesthetic judgment with strong commercial awareness
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Hands-on mindset during pop-ups, launches, and campaign periods
