Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the commissioning process across multiple projects from design, construction, testing to operational handover.
- Manage commissioning activities across all phases including start-up, acceptance, functional performance testing and systems testing.
- Review and assess designs and project deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage commissioning agents, contractors and suppliers, resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Provide strategic leadership for project close-out and seamless transition into operational phases.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive commissioning reports for each project.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design management or commissioning management for HVAC/ACMV systems.
- Experience in data centre projects is an added advantage.
- Technical and practical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical plants and services supporting mission-critical environments is an added advantage.
