Job Summary:
Drive service revenue growth and manage key customer accounts by delivering lifecycle service solutions within the ACMV industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive service revenue growth through a balanced focus on new business development and existing account management
- Promote and sell ACMV service offerings, including preventive and corrective maintenance, annual service agreements, spare parts, and repair services
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to identify service, upgrade, and retrofit opportunities
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders within stipulated timelines
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and tenders to achieve sales closure and revenue targets
- Manage and develop relationships with key and strategic customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and ensure service satisfaction
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored, value-added service solutions
- Drive contract renewals, customer retention, and account growth
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, retrofits, optimization, and equipment replacement
- Provide basic technical recommendations for ACMV systems and performance improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to develop cost-effective solutions
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to service execution
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in service sales, technical sales, or within the ACMV industry
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems such as AHU, chilled water systems, and CRAC units
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in managing key or enterprise accounts is an added advantage
- Exposure to data centers, commercial buildings, or mission-critical facilities is an added advantage
- Familiarity with service contracts, maintenance operations, and enterprise sales is an added advantage
