Job Summary:
Support building operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance within a commercial property.
Responsibilities:
- Attend joint inspections with tenants contractors for fitting-out and reinstatement works
- Perform basic maintenance of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Conduct chemical servicing of kitchen hood filters for specialty restaurants
- Inspect common areas and tenant premises to identify maintenance issues
- Record and update daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports
- Identify and troubleshoot defects such as power failures, leakages, and air-conditioning faults
- Inspect firefighting and fire protection equipment, including extinguishers, hose reels, and dry risers
- Coordinate with superior landlord on building services repair and maintenance matters
- Perform nightshift maintenance works such as KWP replacement
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
- Requisition necessary parts for repair and maintenance work, including audio system components
- Adhere to workplace health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance within a commercial or shopping centre environment
- Good understanding of building maintenance and M&E systems
- Handson experience in electrical, plumbing, sanitary, building maintenance and/or ACMV work
- Ability to handle audiovisual systems
