Job Description
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead and manage the tender process, business and commercial function to achieve revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and retention objectives.
- Work with team to create or curate new relevant products and services
- Oversee business support functions such as sales operations, performance reporting and internal process governance.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and back-office teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor service standards, SLAs, and quality assurance metrics across all customer interactions.
- Lead initiatives to improve overall service delivery performance in customer fronting operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team covering sales, support, and quality management.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive engagement and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving service excellence.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
