Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Manager at Silverbridge Energy& Shipping Pte Ltd. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to commercial management, business planning, team management, and contract management. The role is based in Singapore, with integrated remote working schedules.
Primary Job Scope
Assist the Director in all commercial activities, including the trading of both oil and non-oil products, and corporate investments.
Manage and execute commercial trading processes, such as commercial negotiations with suppliers and customers, trade documentation, shipping schedules, and trade settlement.
Perform due diligence on new customers and suppliers, and ongoing monitoring of existing customers and suppliers to enforce regulatory and sanctions compliance.
Provide management with your insights and recommendations on procurement and pricing decisions.
Identify and address potential risks and opportunities for the Company in both trading and investments.
Secondary Job Scope
Continuous review and strengthening of all formal and informal processes for trading and corporate investments, to ensure effective internal controls are in place to facilitate smooth trade execution and completion of corporate investments.
Perform market research, due diligence, and analysis of potential investments by the company and provide management with your views and recommendations.
