Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key online platform accounts, including e-commerce marketplaces and brand stores.
- Develop and execute omnichannel commercial strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
- Plan and coordinate online campaigns, promotions, product launches, and platform visibility initiatives.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
- Analyse sales performance, traffic, conversion, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with platform partners and key stakeholders to maximise collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory management, and content optimisation across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, influencer activities, and brand-building initiatives to support online growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, key account management, omnichannel sales, or digital commercial management.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and platform management.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and campaign data.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects independently.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, online campaigns, and e-commerce trends.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, or lifestyle products.
- Basic design or content management skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
