We are a fast-growing distribution company, passionate about bringing top-quality home and lifestyle products to our customers. This is a brand-new role, giving you the opportunity to shape how we engage our audience through livestreaming, digital content, and online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key online platform accounts, including e-commerce marketplaces and brand stores.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel commercial strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Plan and coordinate online campaigns, promotions, product launches, and platform visibility initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
  • Analyse sales performance, traffic, conversion, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners and key stakeholders to maximise collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory management, and content optimisation across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, influencer activities, and brand-building initiatives to support online growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, key account management, omnichannel sales, or digital commercial management.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and platform management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and campaign data.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects independently.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, online campaigns, and e-commerce trends.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools.
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, or lifestyle products.
  • Basic design or content management skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
