Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate tenders for both public and private sector projects.
• Involved in marine and land-based local projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs using relevant software.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Support procurement activities.
• Participate in value engineering and technical discussions.
• Attend site visits and tender interviews when required.
• Monitor project costs and assist in contract administration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in foundation works, including bored piling, driven piling, diaphragm wall, micro pile, etc.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
