We are seeking a Commercial Manager / Senior Manager in Singapore to drive strategic growth across APAC. This role focuses on building senior relationships, originating new business, and expanding market share across SPV, corporate, and fund service offerings, working closely with global teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial plan to identify and capture market opportunities.
- Drive innovation by identifying new channels, prospects, and products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and market partners to generate leads and enhance market positioning.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to support integrated service offerings and revenue growth.
- Foster collaboration across global offices and support internal initiatives.
- Travel within the Asia Pacific region as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles within a multinational organisation or the corporate services or financial industry.
- Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of corporate services, trust, capital markets, and cross-border investment.
- Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
