Prepare Tender estimation, submission by providing calculation and monitoring
Perform risk and value analysis and all Terms & Condition in contracts
Responsible for all cost estimates, budgetary, cost contract purchase, and handling of material throughout the contract period
Source for suitable subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work and assess subcontractors invoices, and conclude bill settlement within target timeframe
Assist Commercial Manager with inquiries and billings
Experience in the Marine Offshore field to understand the repair scope enquired by Clients.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Naval Arch / Marine or Mech Engineering related studies
Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipyard or Marine related industry
