Overall Purpose of The Job
To drive the commercial agenda within the V.Ships organisation in support of the organic and inorganic growth pillar. Embedding processes and tools and driving consistency across in order to meet and exceed client expectations
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
. Implement commercial operating model for FTM
. Functional lead of Sales Budgeting, Forecasting, Sales performance follow-up and Pipeline Management for V.Ships Technical Management Pipeline management
. Responsible for accurate, timely reporting of vessel pipeline performance to Group stakeholders for V. Ships Technical Management
. Lead the GROW/WIN model challenge process and drive opportunity management cadence
. Full ownership of all West Region Customer Success Plans and their deliverables
. Lead the West Region Account Management Programme - including Quarterly Internal Review Quarterly Customer Reporting NPS action progress GROW Portfolio reviews per office
. Support the West Region offices on bid proposal process, deliver within the Group guidelines and implement initiatives to increase overall bid conversion rate
. Maximise customer profitability to maximise yield per vessel across all West Region clients
. Lead on the implementation of new Group products and services across technical management team and to clients to maximise vessel yield
. Lead the West Region Contract Management process to ensure consistent contractual documents for all customers and maintained in line with Group Legal process
. Lead on the Technical Management pricing strategy in line with group commercial
. Implement and oversee all on boarding and customer journey process for all West Region clients
. Support the Commercial integration of Technical Management acquisitions / divestments
. Lead the Service Recovery, Customer Complaints, Attrition Management and Churn Reduction Management process - improve attrition rate performance - across West Region client base
. With the support of Group Commercial, lead on the Sales Coaching and Commercial Development of resources within West Region Technical Management
. Collaborate with Group Commercial for the market insights to target client base and innovation opportunities
. Develop collaborative strategies with Crewing to ensure long term customer satisfaction and resource planning
. Represent Technical Management on commercial matters for all Group projects
