Drive business development for ProBio services, including proactively identifying customer needs, promoting the company's business with a focus on antibody discovery, biologics manufacturing, cell and gene therapy (CGT) CDMO services, enhancing customer engagement and cooperation intention, and leading commercial discussions and business negotiations.
Manage the LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process end-to-end. Establish clear and proactive process management to effectively achieve business development goals, ensure risk identification and avoidance, and regularly analyze and report relevant sales and pipeline data to optimize business direction in a timely manner.
Effectively coordinate with internal cross‑functional teams (e.g. technical, PM, quality, legal, finance, manufacturing) to support sales execution, contract closure, and cash collection, while managing customer expectations and representing the company's professional brand image externally.
Work closely with the Marketing team to support the execution of local marketing activities, including seminars, conferences, customer workshops, roadshows and other on‑the‑ground events, to promote ProBio's service offerings, strengthen brand presence, and increase market visibility and awareness in the assigned region.
Conduct regular business travel, primarily within the SEA (Southeast Asia) region, for customer visits, relationship management, business development meetings, and participation in industry events, to maintain strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
Monitor marked trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
Continuously identify and optimize business workflows and pain points, improving business development efficiency, customer experience, and overall commercial competitiveness.
Complete other tasks and assignments as required by line management.
Education/Experience:
Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field;
More than 5 years of biologics or CGT related job experience is a plus;
Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability;
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships;
