Job Summary
This role is responsible to lead and execute business plans for Food, Home & Personal Care products across assigned countries, managing distributor relationships, budgets, and sales data to drive growth and compliance with group guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans for Food, Home & Personal Care product categories across South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Singapore, and Australia
- Manage sales, advertising, and marketing budgets and implement related activities in assigned countries
- Coordinate and execute commercial initiatives with distributors, ensuring adherence to group guidelines
- Track distributor performance daily against plans and implement corrective actions to meet targets
- Lead forecasting, analysis, and reporting of sales data segmented by product and country to inform decision-making
- Monitor distributor orders and payments organized by category to ensure timely processing and accuracy
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated commercial skills in sales or trade marketing within FMCG companies
- In-depth knowledge of Tuna, Home Care, and Personal Care categories related to distributor business development
- Proven experience managing distributor networks across the Far East and Australia
- Data-driven and goal-oriented approach with the ability to negotiate effectively in diverse cultural environments
- Willingness to travel regularly for business needs
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively across international teams and partners
- Proficiency in MS Office to analyze data and prepare reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or other relevant major.
- Min. 5 years in Sales & Marketing area with at least 2 years in managerial level.
