Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or business analytics within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics industry.
Hands-on expertise in Sales Force CRM (implementation, configuration, reporting, and user management).
Good analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Solid understanding of sales processes, customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and multi-channel engagement.
Exceptional communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures, and diverse market environments.
