Job Description

As the Agency Account Lead for the Greater China Region, you will be the commercial engine driving scaled growth for global social media advertising. You will bridge the gap between platform innovation and agency execution, acting as a strategic advisor to top-tier media partners.

A global leader in business advisory and technology integration partnering with the top tier organizations to redefine their technology and business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the scaling of key agency and reseller agreements, acting as the primary commercial lead for industry-level partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to co-design and implement tactical sales plans that drive platform adoption and revenue.
  • Take full ownership of sales plan delivery, working through regional sales teams to ensure targets are hit with precision and rigour.
  • Manage the daily relationship and business cadence (weekly/quarterly reviews) with the largest media sales partners in Greater China.
  • Own quarterly revenue targets and OKRs. Analyze complex performance data to identify trends, mitigate churn, and drive specific actions to improve ROI.
  • Lead priority projects, including the rollout of new performance-based ad products focused on lower-funnel conversion and international scaling.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Professional-level Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • 5+ years in digital media buying, online advertising, or sales leadership, specifically within the GCR Agency/Reseller ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in the GCR Export market (helping regional brands scale internationally).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and collaborative digital workspaces.
