Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all collections-related functional requirements.
  • Support design and configuration of collections strategies and product features.
  • Lead analysis and interpretation of collections performance data to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into system functionalities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during UAT, training, and implementation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
  • Act as key liaison between business, risk, and technology teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in collections with hands-on exposure to cards and/or loans.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
