- Source, negotiate, and successfully close physical coal transactions across the APAC region,
- Drive market coverage, supplier diversification and price discovery.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and trading relationships.
- Support deal execution and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee blending and quality alignment to meet contractual specifications.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, contract hygiene, and compliance policies.
- Contribute to growing Concord Energy's presence as a trusted regional coal trading partner
- Partner with operations, shipping, finance, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
Experience & Technical Expertise
- Minimum 8 years experience in physical coal trading, with a strong network in APAC region.
- Proven ability to optimize delivered costs (freight + quality + timing).
- Strong operational interface across shipping, contracts, documentation, and settlement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
