About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced corporate finance professional to join our Investment Banking team at Associate Director to Director level. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to lead major transactions, including IPOs and M&A deals, while engaging directly with clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end corporate finance transactions, including deal origination

• Manage IPO and M&A due diligence, identifying and resolving key issues

• Review and prepare transaction documentation for capital market and advisory deals

• Drive discussions and negotiations with clients, advisors, and regulatory bodies

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Participate in SGX Catalist Continuing Sponsorship engagements

• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related field

• CMFAS RES 4 (or M4A) certification with MAS Registered Representative status

• 8-15 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory within Investment Banking

• Proven track record in IPOs and M&A transactions (at least 2 completed listings in the past 5 years)
