Consultant(Kondor+)
JobSummary:
We are seeking a consultant with 10+ years of experience in IT, withstrong exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking and Kondor+ system.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as BA/PM for ALMT DEV IT team and deliver APAC ALMTproject roadmap
- Perform detailed business analysis including upstream anddownstream system analysis
- Manage regional and local initiatives to enhance ALMT ITFO tools
- Gather requirements, prepare BRDs/FunctionalSpecifications, and drive UAT
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams,and APS teams
- Provide regular project updates to sponsors andstakeholders
- Collaborate with global teams to define and deliver ITsolutions
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations to seniormanagement
- Provide tactical and strategic solutions under tighttimelines
- Conduct training sessions and prepare supportdocumentation for users
- Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure project methodology adherence
- Prepare reports for senior management on progress, risks,and pipeline
- Advise stakeholders on project impacts, risks, andsolutions
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT within Corporate &Investment Banking domain, with strong exposure to Kondor+ system,front-to-back trade lifecycle, and end-to-end project delivery (BA/PM role). Weare looking for candidates with a total of 15 years if experience or less only.
- Strong expertise in Kondor+ tool and integration withupstream/downstream systems
- Strong domain knowledge in FX, Money Market, Derivatives,Securities, Corporate Loans & Trade Finance
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle: booking,validation, confirmation, settlement, accounting, reconciliation, P&L, risk
- Proven experience in Business Analysis (BRD, FS, UAT) andProject Management
- Experience in delivering large-scale transformationprograms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity, change, and cross-functionalteams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SQL / Shell scripting (reading andunderstanding)
- Strong knowledge in Kondor + tool and communications mechanism with Upstream and downstream
