Job Summary
Coordinate and manage project activities and logistics for events, ensuring timely task completion, quality standards, and smooth operations through effective team collaboration and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to support event execution
- Break down event tasks into actionable items and set clear timeframes with the event team
- Schedule work shifts and timeframes for logistics team members to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project timelines
- Liaise with the event team to identify and clarify work requirements for seamless coordination
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and event requirements are consistently met
- Manage and deploy staff as needed to support event preparation activities
- Perform administrative tasks necessary to support event logistics and team coordination
Required competencies and certifications
- Completed secondary education or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics scheduling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
