This role is to support the Governance Transformation team to transform the governance process and control environment of PFA. This would include managing various initiatives to achieve the overall objective, through stakeholder and project management.

Job Description:

  • Perform control reviews toidentifyareas of improvementandprovide recommendations on control enhancements.

  • Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders, understand any key concerns in how the initiative is beingdeliveredor any risks/issues that have either not yet beenidentifiedor are not being progressed.Ensuredependencies and challenges (risks) are escalated and managed.

  • Trackobjectives, key deliverables, decisions,timelinesand delivery ofvariousinitiatives.Identifyand communicate key risks,challengesand dependencies between initiatives, to enable issues and concerns to be flagged quickly and addressed.

  • Validate deliverables (where needed) to ensure thatobjectivesand intent are being met

  • Work with initiative Leads to produce meeting packs for Steering Committees, working committees and other ad-hoc reports.Ensuresalient pointsandactions of meetings are well documented.

Education

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent professional qualification

Working Experience

  • 5- 6yearsinrelevant roles coveringaudit,regulations,riskand compliance
