At Maneki, our workshop is the heart of what we do. We need a technical operator who can bridge the gap between complex CAD files and high-quality physical signs. If you are a craftsman who takes pride in every millimeter, we want to hear from you.

The Role: What You'll Do

This is more than just pushing buttons. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a sign-from cutting the raw material to assisting with final assembly and ensuring it's packed perfectly for the client.

• Machine Operations: Expertly run and oversee CNC machines to produce high-precision signage components.

• Technical Design: Utilize your strong foundation in CAD/CAM and Adobe Illustrator to prepare files for production.

• Hands-on Fabrication: Beyond the machine, you'll assist with the soul of the sign-sticker pasting, LED assembly, and basic fabrication tasks.

• Maintenance & Inventory: Perform routine machine maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure raw material stocks (acrylic, metal, etc.) are always replenished.

• Outsource Coordination: Manage external processes like powder coating or specialized treatments when a project requires it.

• Quality & Packing: Conduct final quality checks to ensure products are defect-free and professionally packed for delivery or self-collection.

• Content Capture: Take social media worthy photos of our production process to showcase the craftsmanship behind our brand.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and Adobe Illustrator is a must.

• Language: Strong command of spoken and written English for clear communication with the team.

• Versatility: You enjoy a mix of computer-based technical work and physical, hands-on assembly.

• Attention to Detail: You have an eye for quality and can spot a defect before the customer does.
