What you'll do:
Graphic Design
Assist the Senior Creative Executive in creating and adapting creative assets for various platforms and markets, including social media, website, email, retail point-of-sale marketing, and other relevant channels
Responsible for producing accurate, print-ready files for packaging inserts, event materials, and in-store collaterals, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery
Responsible for maintaining brand templates and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
Art Direction & Brand
Assist in storyboarding and developing creative concepts for campaigns and product launches
Collaborate on the creation of shoot lists and creative briefs with the Senior Creative Executive
Execute visual merchandising setup, including window and counter displays, for selected campaigns
Others
Participate in photoshoots for all campaigns
Support cross-functional tasks and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Manager or the team
What we're looking for:
Preferably Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in marketing, creative fields, or a relevant discipline
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency
Organised and able to manage assets and meet deadlines
Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
Self-motivated, with good communication skills and a positive attitude
Eager to learn and adapt to evolving trends and business needs
Passion for fashion and jewellery
Comfortable contributing to behind-the-scenes content and being part of a visible team culture that showcases our people
May be required to work occasional irregular hours for events or photoshoots
Portfolio submission required, showcasing your range, craftsmanship, and design sensibility
Nice-to-Have
Basic photography skills or an interest in developing them on the job
Basic UI/UX awareness or Shopify front-end familiarity
Multi-market or SEA brand experience
Visual merchandising experience
