About the role:
We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support and manage global cloud environments across Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Alicloud. The role involves cloud operations, infrastructure support, project implementation, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable and secure cloud services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud, Azure, and Alicloud environments
- Maintain and troubleshoot cloud services, SaaS platforms, and related infrastructure tools
- Support cloud operations, monitoring, backups, patching, disaster recovery, and system performance
- Participate in global and regional cloud infrastructure projects and enhancements
- Work closely with vendors, regional IT teams, and stakeholders for project delivery and operational support
- Support IT governance, audit remediation, incident management, and security compliance initiatives
- Research and implement improvements to cloud technologies, processes, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cloud operations and cloud project implementation
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Kubernetes, Linux/Windows servers, networking, IAM, monitoring, and backup solutions
- Familiarity with scripting/tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or Python is an advantage
- Exposure to O365, Akamai CDN/WAF, Citrix VPN, DNS/SMTP, and IT security practices preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
