We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to support system and network infrastructure projects in the Defence sector. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to deploy, operate, and maintain cloud and infrastructure environments supporting mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors.
- Implement approved patches, releases, and configuration changes.
- Maintain system configurations, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Conduct regular testing to verify system integrity and data recovery.
- Support integration of new technologies into existing environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to technologies such as AWS, Active Directory, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Firewalls, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Protection, and Infrastructure Automation will be advantageous.
