Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services through ticket handling.
- Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by the Microsoft Identity & Network Access (IDNA) team.
- Perform tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management.
- Handle incident management and service escalations.
- Monitor service health to ensure stability, performance, and security.
- Adhere to security and compliance requirements, including certificate rotation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- More than 2 years of technical engineering experience with coding.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills self-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and industry trends.
- Experience and passion for building highly scalable services.
- Programming: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Additional Advantage: Experience with open-source tools and frameworks
