Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, automation, and cloud security to support scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform.
- Monitor cloud resources and optimize performance, cost, and security.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and company policies.
- Automate routine tasks and cloud operations to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, and others.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, bash scripting, and knowledge in RHEL command, kubenetes.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture principles.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
