Summary:
The Cloud Engineer is a hands-on, technical role focused on executing CMP (Cloud Management Platform) installations, platform deployment and configuration, and delivering on-site training. You will play a key operational role to ensure system launch and stable ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CMP platform base installation in customer premises or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Deploy, configure, integrate, and validate the platform troubleshoot issues during deployment and operation.
- Collaborate with customers technical teams to ensure compatibility and meeting requirements.
- Conduct on-site training for end users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption.
- Prepare documentation: deployment guides, configuration settings, training materials.
- Handover to support/operations team's post-implementation, ensuring system stability.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Skillset Must have:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
- Proven hands-on experience with platform deployments / system installations / configuration & integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel on-site (customer locations).
Skillset Good to Have:
- Familiarity with CMP tools / cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with automation / configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Basic networking, security, system administration knowledge
- Ability to produce documentation & training materials
