Job Summary
You will deliver proactive, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and clinical excellence to support optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and performing screenings to identify and address potential health issues early
- Educate and counsel patients on chronic disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health to empower informed health decisions
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures following evidence-based protocols while maintaining accurate patient documentation
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff to coordinate care and enhance patient experience
- Prepare and maintain clinical equipment to ensure readiness and functionality for procedures
- Perform blood taking, vaccination, ECG, and wound dressing procedures adhering to best practices
- Support claims processing activities to facilitate patient insurance and billing needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certificate in Phlebotomy
- Experience working in a clinic setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in a second language or dialect (bonus for patient communication)
- Experience in claims processing

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Lunch/Rest: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
