Key Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy (blood taking), vaccination, ECG, wound dressing, and other clinical procedures (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, swab tests)
- Manage patient registration, appointments, complaints, and care coordination
- Dispense medication (under doctor's supervision) and assist during consultations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment
- Handle end-to-end processing of CHAS, MediSave, and other claims
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinic protocols
Education & Certification
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Valid BCLS / AED certification
- Certificate in Phlebotomy, if any
Experience
- At least 2 years of recent full-time experience in a clinic or hospital setting
- Proven proficiency in blood taking and vaccination procedures
- Familiarity with ECG and wound dressing practices
- Experience in claims processing is a strong advantage
General Requirements
- Comfortable using clinic management software and digital systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and detailed documentation and triage skills
- Fluent in English proficiency in a second language or dialect is a bonus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when required
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Lunch/Rest: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PMClosed on Sundays and Public Holidays
