Clinical Support

• Perform basic nursing procedures such as vaccinations, wound care, and phlebotomy.
• Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Conduct patient triage including vital signs measurement and growth monitoring for infants and children.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records.

Administrative Duties

• Manage daily clinic operations including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and referral coordination.
• Handle clinic inventory management, including medication stock-taking and ordering.
• Attend to patient and parent inquiries both over the phone and in person.
• The ideal candidate will also be able to draft and submit insurance claim reports accurately and efficiently.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years working in a pediatric, outpatient, or general clinic setting.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or clinical training may also apply.
• Familiarity with pediatric-specific care protocols, including growth assessments and immunization schedules.
