Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Support

Perform basic nursing procedures (e.g., vaccinations, wound care, phlebotomy) and assist doctors during consultations

Conduct patient triage, including vital signs measurement and growth monitoring for infants/children

Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.

Administrative Duties

Manage appointments, patient registration, and referral coordination.

Handle clinic inventory, including medication stock-taking and ordering 10.

Address patient/parent inquiries via phone or in person.

Patient Education

Provide counseling to parents on post-treatment care and preventive health practices.

Translate medical instructions for Mandarin-speaking families

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years in pediatric, outpatient, or general clinic settings (fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply).
• Familiarity with pediatric-specific care protocols (e.g., growth assessments, immunization schedules).
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills; ability to work empathetically with children and families.
• Tech-savvy with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
