Job Description

Hi there! We are a GP clinic looking for a dedicated team member to join us!

Position: Clinic Assistant
Location: Yishun
Working Hours: 8:30am - 2pm and 6pm - 10:30pm
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time / Permanent Night Part-Time

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Registering and providing frontline service to patients
Dispensing of medications and collecting payment
Submission of TPA / CHAS claims
Basic clinic housekeeping
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
✅ Must be able to work shifts, as per rostered (44 hours and below)
✅ Preferably staying in the North area
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Part-Timer Requirements:
✅ Must be able to work 3 regular nights (including 1 weekend)
✅ Ability to work independently after training
✅ Able to commit at least 1 year
