Clinic Assistant #HMS

1-Year Contract Clinic Assistant
Locations: Sengkang / Punggol / Outram / Bedok
Salary: Up to $2,500/month
Working Hours
Weekdays: 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM (8 hours/day, rostered)
Saturdays: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM (4 hours, rostered)
44 hours per week
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Annual Leave: 7 days/year
No completion bonus

Job Scope:
Greet and register patients
Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals
Handle payments and enquiries
Manage patient concerns and escalate when needed
Provide excellent customer service
Assist at the Health Monitoring Station (take height, weight & blood pressure)

Additional Info:
Must be comfortable with pre-employment medical checkup & required vaccination boosters (TDAP / MMR / Hep B / Varicella)
Medical/vaccination costs covered if candidate starts work otherwise to be reimbursed to Polyclinic
Medical clearance process takes about 2 weeks
Uniform provided (short/long sleeve option, arm sleeves not allowed)
