Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
. Checking and verifying patients bill for all OT cases, ensure correct billing to patients. Ensure invoicing is done accurately and timely to vendors for all consignment items.
. Maintain and update all contracts for implants and consumables used in OTs (e.g. pricing, purchase order start date, item code etc.)
. Monitoring of utilization for all consignment items and take action to top up when utilization is high.
. Co-ordinate meetings, book venues, collate agenda and arrange for catering requirements when necessary.
. Handle purchase and work requisition processes, from calling suppliers for quotation to submitting invoices to Finance for payment.
. Support onboarding and offboarding of clinician and department staff.
. Dispatch out-going mails to other departments within the hospital, as well as to external parties. Distribute in-coming mails to the dept.
. Perform typing, faxing, sorting, filing, scanning, photocopying and recording of documents and forms.
. Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, record and convey messages.
. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
