Clinic Assistant

Full / Part time clinic assistant needed in Bukit Panjang area. Able to handle Mandarin and dialect speaking patients.

Previous relevant clinic experience preferred but not mandatory. Computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management software would be an advantage.

Salary would commensurate with relevant working experience. Applicants should demonstrate initiative and commitment to work.

5.5 days working week. Short working hours

Job scope include but not limited to the following

1. Registration of patients and patient call back for review, vaccination or

blood tests.

2. Dispensing of medications

3. Chaperoning doctor when examining female patients.

4. Drugs and inventory management.

5. General cleanliness of the clinic.

6. Submission of medical claims to the various government agencies and managed care organization.
