PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

. Machine Operation: Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery and equipment.

. Production Execution: Following work orders, blueprints, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to produce, assemble, or process materials.

. Quality Control: Conducting visual inspections, testing components, and reporting defects to supervisors.

. Material Handling: Preparing raw materials for production and packing/labelling finished products.

. Maintenance & Housekeeping: Performing basic maintenance on equipment and keeping workstations clean

Job Requirements

. Education: Typically minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering,

SPM, or GCE O-Level.

. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing is often

preferred, but many positions accept entry-level candidates with training

provided.

. Skills: Basic mechanical skills, computer literacy for systems like SAP, and

ability to read production drawings.

. Physical Ability: Capability to work in cleanroom environments, perform

repetitive tasks, and stand for long hours.
