Roles & Responsibilities
As a Clinic Assistant at Beacon Health Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and seamless operation of our general practice clinic located in the Tanjong Pagar. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and customer service to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Scheduling and managing appointments to optimise the clinic's workflow
- Handling claims including TPA,CHAS, third party insurance, etc.
- Managing clinic budgets, billing processes.
- Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and sanitised
- Assisting doctor with various clinical tasks as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Handling telephone inquiries and addressing patient queries in a professional manner
- Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the clinic
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment
- Preferably with phlebo certificate
- Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to patient wellbeing
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and saturday, as required
