DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations for our specialist clinics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and case notes in full PDPA compliance, create new files, control access, retrieve and re-file promptly.
- Handle front desk operation including patient registration, payments collection, appointment booking, and basic financial counselling.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and consumables perform ordering and receiving maintain inventory logs.
- Maintain accurate medical records with full PDPA compliance control access and filing.
- Managing third party insurance claims, Medisave claims, Medishield claims, procurement and maintenance functions, and licensing documentation.
- Support Doctor during consultations and minor procedures, chaperone when required assist within competency.
- Prepare consultation rooms, check equipment and consumables uphold cleanliness and infection-prevention standards.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of payment terminals and essential clinic systems.
- Dispense medications in accordance with clinic guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Uphold high standard of service quality and patient safety.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare settings and the ability to perform Phlebotomy would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Good customer-service mindset.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends.
