. Patient registration
. Preparation of Cases for Health screening, reviews
. Attending to Patient enquiries
. Billing
. Dispense medications
. Submission of Medisave, CHAS claims
. Medical records scanning
. Triage
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE N or O Level
. Prior min. 2 years experience in admin support, customer service or healthcare
preferred
. Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
. Customer service oriented & positive attitude towards learning
Location: Biopolis
Hours of Work: 44 Hours / 5.5 days
