Clinic Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. As a Senior Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our clinic, supporting both patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting during procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Train and mentor junior clinic assistants and support staff to enhance team performance and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with infection control policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.
