Job Summary
You will support clinic operations by registering patients, managing communications, scheduling appointments, assisting doctors, maintaining inventory, processing claims, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately to ensure proper documentation and smooth clinic flow
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally to assist patients and staff
- Schedule hospital appointments efficiently to optimize patient care coordination
- Process emails and government or insurance claims promptly to support billing and compliance
- Assist doctors by chaperoning patients during consultations to facilitate clinical procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and dispense medications accurately to ensure availability and safety
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations
- Adapt to additional tasks as required to meet clinic needs
