- Validate and finalize daily banking transactions, ensuring seamless and compliant processing.
- Confirm and release audit-related documentation for both clients and external auditors.
- Handle client communications, providing prompt and effective support for inquiries and requests.
- Direct and monitor client account activities, ensuring service efficiency and data accuracy.
- Coordinate the configuration and activation of digital banking platforms for customers.
- Collaborate closely with the back office team to align operational processes and resolve issues proactively.
