Job Description

Our client in financial services is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role supports Relationship Managers and clients by ensuring smooth servicing, trade booking, and operational efficiency across private banking products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end client servicing, including handling queries, documentation, and order taking
  • Support trade booking, settlement, margin calls, and collateral resolution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Manage administrative tasks such as expense claims, travel bookings, and marketing materials

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in client servicing or frontline support
  • CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification required
  • Strong knowledge of private banking products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented
