As a Client Service Manager, you will be at the heart of the client experience, acting as an essential link between relationship managers, clients, and multiple business units. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex documentation processes, resolving queries swiftly, handling trade bookings, settlements, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise. You will also be responsible for preparing critical transactional documents while ensuring strict adherence to internal policies. Administrative duties such as coordinating travel logistics or distributing marketing materials will form part of your remit.

What youll do:

To excel as a Client Service Manager in this esteemed financial institution, you will bring proven experience from similar roles within the financial services sectorpreferably those involving direct interaction with high-net-worth clients or frontline service delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the key link between clients, relationship managers, and business units.
  • Handling documentation, trade bookings, settlements, and resolving operational or funding issues.
  • Monitoring margin calls and addressing collateral requirements proactively.
  • Preparing suitability checks, eligibility documents, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Responding quickly to client queries and providing accurate, timely updates.
  • Supporting administrative needs such as travel logistics, expenses, and distribution of marketing materials.

What you bring:

  • Diploma or degree with 23 years experience in financial services, ideally in client-facing roles.
  • CACS Paper 1 & 2 certifications are mandatory.
  • Strong product knowledge across FX, equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support a multilingual client base for business purposes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude, with willingness to work outside regular hours when required.
