Fund Setup & Transfer Agency - Service Delivery Officer (1-year contract)

A well-established financial services provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Officer, Service Delivery on a 1-year contract to support key operational processes within its transfer agency business. Known for its reliability and precision in managing real estate investment trusts (REITs) and complex fund structures, the firm offers a professional, compliance-driven environment where detail and service matter.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and review fund and agent setups to ensure accurate, timely implementation of client instructions
• Perform periodic checks on fee and load structures to ensure proper calculation and reporting
• Support daily transfer agency operations, client queries, and continuous service improvement initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 4+ years of experience in fund operations, trust services, or transfer agency
• Familiarity with fund setup processes, static data management, and UAT
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and excellent organizational skills
