Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or customer support We're seeking someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful client relationships to join our team.

About the Role

As a Client Service Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Managing client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction
• Preparing client reports and performance summaries
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams by providing insights from client feedback and identifying growth opportunities
• Working with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and streamline service processes.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English
• Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts
• Proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM tools or related software is a plus
