Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for clients on custody-related operational matters.
- Ensure delivery against Service Level Agreements/Standards.
- Maintain excellent client relationships through regular engagement and feedback collection.
- Manage and resolve client queries promptly with accuracy and ownership.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide client updates (e.g., Newsflashes, Bulletins).
- Escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client service, operations, custody services, or financial services.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence.
- Good to have knowledge of custody or securities services.
