Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for clients on custody-related operational matters.
  • Ensure delivery against Service Level Agreements/Standards.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through regular engagement and feedback collection.
  • Manage and resolve client queries promptly with accuracy and ownership.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide client updates (e.g., Newsflashes, Bulletins).
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders when required.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in client service, operations, custody services, or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence.
  • Good to have knowledge of custody or securities services.
