The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role where your passion for helping families meets real earning potential and

. You'll combine relationship-building with consultative sales - guiding parents through important safety decisions for their homes while developing lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families
- Provide expert guidance on child safety products, invisible grilles, window restrictors, and window solutions
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate safety and home improvement solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation using Microsoft Office
- Coordinate site visits and installation schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
- Nurture long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
- Convert inquiries into sales through trusted advisory approach
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Genuinely cares about child safety and family wellbeing
- Enjoys helping parents make informed decisions to protect their children
- Naturally builds rapport and trust with clients
- Comfortable with sales and motivated by performance incentives
- Communicates with warmth, patience, and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma, NTC, or GCE O-Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- No prior experience required

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to $5,000 per month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $8,000 per month

Work Arrangement
- Schedule: 5.5 days per week.Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with one half-day off)One weekend day required: Saturday OR Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
